As the club has evolved, so have the dining amenities. With full service dining, a world-class chef and an outstanding service staff, there isn't a better club in the Detroit area to dine at or host your next event.
The BAC offers dining facilities to meet the needs of any occasion. We have created unique events for weddings, bridal showers, Bar Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvah, Sweet 16 and Quinceanera, First Communions, High school sporting banquets, school fundraisers, funeral luncheons and anniversary parties.
Main Dining Room
The Main Dining Room is the perfect place to host anywhere from 50 to 130 guests. With collapsible room dividers, our staff can make any size party feel like it's the perfect fit. We can create an intimate sit-down dinner for your event, or a traveling buffet with themed dinner stations and a unique dessert table.
The Racquet Room
The Racquet Room is a great place to relax after a workout, a game of squash, or a long day at the office. It is the epicenter of the social aspects of the club. On any given night when you stop by, you will surely find company in the Racquet Room.
The room is filled with creature comforts such as a comfortable bar, several leather couches and chairs, and big screen TVs to watch a ball game or catch some live action down on the doubles squash court. This is the place to relax and enjoy the club with fellow members and friends.
The Matthaei Room
The recently renovated Matthaei Room offers a great place to entertain or conduct an intimate business meeting. We have hosted lectures by well-known author's such as Elmore Leonard, as well as wine and cognac tastings in this room. With a functional fireplace and a warm homey feel, this room is perfect for a smaller function such as a first communion or anniversary dinner.
Terrace and Patio
The summer months are best enjoyed on the terrace and patio overlooking the pool and tennis courts. From elegant wine tastings to casual family barbeques by the pool, the BAC offers a wide variety of social events. Traditional parties, such as the Lobster Bake, along with a wide variety of family fun nights, make the outdoors at the BAC a great place to enjoy your evenings.
The Kids Room
The kids room is a terrific hangout for younger ones and teens during the summer and winter months. The kids room is a great place for our younger members to chill out, play a game of foosball, battle at ping pong, or just watch a movie. The kids room is always open, but we do it up on Friday nights with Kids Movie Night, complete with double-feature movies and full-service kids dinner menu with dessert. Friday night is a great night for the adults to enjoy dinner upstairs while the kids play downstairs.
